Data collection

You can use this app without disclosing your personal data. There is no personal evaluation of the information.

Processing of personal data

We use terms such as „personal data“ or their „processing“ in accordance with the definitions in Article 4 DSGVO. Personal data is information that can be used to discover your identity. This includes information such as your name, email address, potentially the device ID and the IP address of the mobile device you are using. Push notifications

The app sends push notifications when certain events selected by the user occur. The messages are sent on the basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a of the DSGVO only if the user has consented to this. The user can deactivate the push notifications at any time in the device settings or in the settings in the app. In the case of using push notification, a device token from Apple, Google or Microsoft is assigned. These are encrypted, anonymised device IDs. The purpose of the use is solely the provision of the push notification. It is not possible for the app providers to draw any conclusions about the individual user.

IP addresses

During internet communication, the IP address and time are transmitted. The data is transmitted via an encrypted connection using HTTPS to the servers of the IT computer centre: Willy-Brandt-Weg 37A, 48155 Münster. The collected data is logged and deleted at regular intervals of maximum 1 month. All usage data is deleted from the mobile device when the app is uninstalled.
